The Company was formed in the late 1970s as Heliwork Services, and became part of the Aeromaritime Group in 2000. In 2008, INAER, the largest Helicopter Operator in Europe, acquired the company and gave it its current name, Inaer Maintenance UK Ltd.
As well as the UK facility, INAER has another six aircraft maintenance centres of renowned status in Spain, France and Italy, each centre specialising in a different type of fleet. INAER is an official Service Centre for AgustaWestland, Bell, Eurocopter, Hawker Beechcraft, Pratt and Whitney, Sikorsky, Turbomeca, Honeywell and Flir Systems, and has the highest quality accreditations (ISO 9001 & ISO 14001).
